Packaging Details

Packaging may differ from images shown, but contents are genuine and fresh.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can track your order on the courier’s website using this number.

Delivery Charges

• Refer below table for detailed delivery charges applicable on your order below 5500-yen (excluding taxes)

※ Please note that the delivery may delay due to traffic situation and/or weather condition.

Free Delivery

• Order worth more than 5500-yen (excluding tax) shipping charge is free except Kagoshima, Okinawa, Hokkaido and other report islands.

• The Frozen shipping charge will be extra for shipment.

(Weight limits up to 25 kg, size limit up to 120 cm box)

 

Frozen Food

• For frozen goods, an order of 5 KG & More will be shipped free except Kagoshima, Okinawa, Hokkaido and other remote islands.

(weight limits up to 20kg, size limit 100 cm per box)

 

Method of Payment

• Daibiki, Cash on delivery (collecting charge have to bear by customer)

• Credit cards & Debit cards.

• Bank transfer. (Payment remittance charge has to bear by customer)
