1. Cancellations

• Before Shipping/Pickup: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

• After Shipping/Pickup: Once your order has been shipped or picked up, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:

• You receive damaged, expired, or incorrect items.

• You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or partially used products.

• Items not stored as per storage instructions.

• Products purchased on special clearance or sale.

3. Refunds

• If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

4. Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or natural disasters.

• If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
