Where are you located?

Our base is in 3 Chome-15-9 Kamo, Kawanishi, Hyogo, Japan, and while you’re welcome to visit in person, our reach extends nationwide through our online store.

Do you deliver throughout Japan?

Yes! We ship across mainland Japan using reliable couriers. Delivery fees and estimated times vary by region and order size. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, then delivered within about 2–5 days, depending on your location.

Can I visit your store and make a purchase?

Yes, in-store visits are welcome during business hours. You can shop directly or pick up orders you placed online for convenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, cash on delivery (COD), and major credit cards for seamless transactions.

Policies & Quality Insurance

What’s your cancellation and return policy?

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After shipping, cancellations aren't accepted.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items, and must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. 

How long should the expiration dates be when shipping?

We only ship products with at least 2 months of shelf life remaining. If an item has a shorter date, we clearly indicate this on the product listing. 

What if I receive an item with damaged packaging?

  • Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., scratched packaging) won’t affect quality. However, if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for return or replacement.
